For parents

Hoping for a healthy baby? The Panorama™ test gives you peace of mind early on. Already as early as the 9th week of pregnancy, Panorama™ can provide important information about the health of your baby. Panorama™ examines your baby’s genetics for defects with a single blood test – for your healthy baby.

The Panorama™ test is a screening test, in which your child’s genetic make-up is examined for defects by means of a simple blood sample taken from the mother. Already as early as the 9th week of pregnancy, Panorama™ can provide important information about the health of your baby. The Panorama™ test determines the probability of the occurrence of childhood chromosome abnormality (such as, for example, Down syndrome). Of course, you can also find out the gender of your baby if you wish.

How does the Panorama™ test differ from other tests?

The Panorama™ test is the only prenatal test for chromosomal disorders, in which the baby’s genome is examined separately from the mother’s genome by way of a unique analysis procedure. This particular technology distinguishes between the mother’s genetic material and that of the baby. Therefore, a almost exact examination of the your child genetic material is possible and provides very accurate results. In addition, Panorama™ is the only prenatal test that can detect existing Triploidy or a vanishing twin (fetal resorption).

Is the Panorama™ test right for me?

If you want to know if your baby is at risk of certain genetic diseases, Panorama™ is the right choice. In some women, the risk of certain disease patterns, such as Down syndrome, is higher, especially with pregnancies over the age of 35, if there is a history of these diseases in the family, or in the case of abnormal ultrasound or blood tests. Microdeletions, which can also be examined with Panorama™, however, occur independent of the age of the mother.

The Panorama™ test is suitable for women of any age!
